Hi there I thought that this may well create a wee bit of debate and interest amongst our readers, and could be the title of an upcoming article when I get my thoughts together.

The art of performance conditioning is all about compromise but the science that underpins it is uncompromising!

    Great Quote Ash.

Something I came across on the internet. Last few words especially. John Smith the sprint coach to Maurice Greene, Ato Boldon etc…..

“A true champion, when they lose, they don’t get defeated. They get inspired by their loss. It makes them come back to practice. They can’t wait to get to the track. They blame no one.”
