Hi team, just an update on a previous workout, a few variations that worked well so thought I would share with you:
Power Snatch then Power Clean 5,3,1,5,3,1,3,1,3,1,1,1
Box Squat 4 x 5,4,3,2,1 style (killer)
Zercher Lift 5 x 1 (progressively heavier single reps)
Squat Clean Split Jerk 5 x 1 (progressively heavier single reps)
Front Squat then Back Squat 5,3,1,5,3,1,3,1,3,1,1,1
Suitcase Dead Lifts 5 x 3
Split Snatch 5 x 1 (progressively heavier single reps)
Military Press then Push Press/Jerk 5,3,1,5,3,1,3,1,3,1,1,1
Simmons Good Morning Combo 5 x 3
