Upper body Weights Program Whilst Injured

    Hi All,
    Anybody got advise or a sample program for someone whos in the situation of being 6-7weeks away from there rugby season has got a lower back injury which is currently having physio/treatment to hopefully correct the problem asap and is stopping them doing squats/deadlifts and can only do stretches and lower body prehab/rehab so would be looking for an upper body only weights program to help put muscle mass and strength on?

    What split would people advice and how many sessions per week?
