Well I had to deviate from program this morning, the Sanyo order from Get Strength arrived yesterday and we unwrapped it all and set it up so I thought I have to be first in on this since I ordered it in an attempt to replicate the Crusaders weight room, so here it is:
3 x 3 Band Resisted Standard Trap Bar Deadlifts with a 3 seconds pause at the top of each rep
4 x 4 Safety Bar Squats
5 x 5 Cambered Bar Combo Good Mornings
6 x 6 Bar Box Squats
Steve how about you putting up a video about the Band Resisted Standard Trap Bar Deadlifts, would make good viewing, cheers, ash
