    The Stone Work out (36kg Atlas Stone)

    Grinder 30sec
    Stone Front Squats 12reps

    Cycle climb 60sec
    Stone Push press 10reps

    Rower 90sec (<1.45 pace)
    Stone clean & Press 8reps

    x 4 through

    Our big problem is only having 2 stones, I wish we had a few more but the freights and time getting them were prohibitive, having them in increments like at the web site would be awesome, check them out at http://www.atomicathletic.com a great site and a great guy running the site as well, cheers, ash
