Hi Lloyd, sounds a solid platform to build on, I think a split upper/lower program on a monday and tuesday or a full body on one of those 2 days is a good start to the week to improve strength and then a power program on a Thursday is a good finish and you can do some extra upper body on that same day after power if you need, all depending on your ability to recover for the game, this complemented by some speed and or fitness work on a Tuesday would be ideal for your in season plan, cheers, ashley
