Ash,
it’s about 8 weeks out to the start of the season. I’m beginning to think about my in season routine, last season I went with 2 sessions, fully body and a power later on in the week. I’m looking for 2/3 weight sessions per week to compliment 2 rugby sessions. I will have completed a good 10 weeks off season operating on a 4 days per week (2 lower/upper body), finishing on 5-4-3-2-1 routine.
I was wondering if yourself or anyone has any hints, tips, knowledge on in season training?
Thanks for all your help, keep up the good work.
Lloyd.
