Hi Scott, well I managed to get the program sorted out so here you go, this may create a number of questions, there are many ways to approach the in season weights training program, the bottom line is that a player needs to be ready to go come game day so there is a lot of variation possible within what I have planned out, there are also a number of possible combinations as well, which I am sure you can see within the framework listed, cheers, ashley
