Hi Scott a very timely question as I am working through my in season plan for the team I am currently consulting to in Japan, I will post complete details shortly but suffice to say that if you can recover then a 2 to 3 workout per week set up is best, depending on your position and personal requirements then it could be a full body strength program on Monday or Tuesday ro split upper/lower on those days and then a power based program later in the week say a Thursday fopr a Saturday game, cheers, ashley
