I have been following the inseason guide for conditioning
Monday-beastly circuit fartlek
Tuesday- full body strength team training
Wednesday- repeated speed
Thursday- Light Power and speed team training
Friday- Stretch
Sat- game
I was wondering if a player needed to work on their speed would you change any of this? Is there anything specific for a 12/13 you would do to modify this set up?
Any help would be appreciate
