have used this site for a couple of years now, incredible amounts of high level strength and conditioning information. in fact, one of my quotes (when thanking ash and damien for programs you both wrote) is used to advertise the site! i absolutely love it
so here’s to my question, im playing in the dubai sevens in 8 weeks. want to follow something really specific untill then to prepare fully (im a winger).
anybody have any good sevens specific programs?
