Rugby League Conditioning

    I am currently studying different aspects of strength and conditioning. Due having an active interest in rugby league, as both a supporter and amateur player, I am currently writing an assignment based on conditioning methods used within the NRL and the the European Super League. I hope to compare both methods of conditioning and evidence, what, if any, the differences are.
    I would therefore be most grateful if you would assist me in this study by providing me with any information which you can concerning conditioning methods used by either NRL or Superleague teams and what, if any the differences are?.
