    Hi
What do you guys do when squatting and deadlifting are not an option due to back or shoulder problems

all i can think of is single leg options for back problems and machine exercises for shoulder problems

    cheers

Try using a sled as an option – load with a waist strap or use a shoulder harness for stuff like lunges, travelling side lunges, bwd/fwd drags etc..

belt squats (can use a dip belt and 2 benches if you dont have a machine) for back injury
Along with the other suggestions the getstrength front squat harness works well for shoulder injuries. If your shoulder is really bad and you can’t push the prowler use a harness and drag it
