Im in my pre season and im looking 2 improve my speed and upper body size and strenght im running the 2400m in 8.97sec age 26 weight 14st hieght 510would this programme be ok?
Mon Speed and lower body strenght
tue club trainin and upper body weights
wed off
thurs club training and upper body weights
fri speed and full body power
sat repeated speed session
sun off
Let me know wat u all think if i need any changes to it
