Firstly I just strained my lower back on one side, what should I do to help the healing, i’ve done it before and its not too bad this time
Secondly, With the the lowerbody day

1 x Hamstring/Lower Back
w1 – 6/5/4 w2 – 5/4/3 w3 – 4/3/2
Would doing a deadlift variation for the hamstring/lowerback be too much in season, what about a goodmorning. Would i be better sticking to reverse hypers?
