It’s been awhile since the Auckland championships now, but I’ve finally had a chance to look at our teams achievements on the whole.

We ended up with 11gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals we also won best open men’s and women’s team and best junior men’s and maters 1 men’s team. On top of this as a team we took a bunch of Auckland records, and a bunch of unofficial NZ records (can’t take nz records at provincials).

Again I can’t put into words just how proud I am of this awesome group of lifters! Onwards and upwards to North Islands, Nationals and even World champs for a few of our athletes! I can see a future full of success for our team and athletes.

Well done team Getstrength!!!
