Here you go guys a complete program working around 2, 3 or 4 days a week for you to try and Steve for readers to experiment with, I designed it with my own schedule in mind not knowing from week to week whether I was


going to be able to train for a complete week or parts there of, covers all my must haves on the 2 day a week schedule and progressively adds in more of my need to and like to haves as it goes to the complete 4 day a week schedule, cheers Ashley Jones
