Perform with in pairs or three’s. Rest whilst the others are working.

1A. Roman Rings Chin Up 8×3-5
1B. Roman Rings Dip 8×3-5

2A. Roman Ring Push Up (feet on Bench or SB) 5×8-15
2B. Roman Ring Horizontal Pull Up (feet on Bench or SB) 5×8-15
