A wee while I ago I tried a workout which I posted, today Luke and I tried the new version with I think good effect, please enjoy:


Sequential Loading Potentiation Triple Treat

Overhead Squat 5,3,1 start first set of next exercise at this finishing weight Front Squat 5,3,1 start first set of next exercise at this finishing weight Back Squat 5,3,1

Increase loading by what you can and then;

Overhead Squat 3,1 Front Squat 3,1 Back Squat 3,1

Increase loading by what you can and then;

Overhead Squat 1 Front Squat 1 Back Squat 3,1
