3 x 2 Low Block Power Clean + Push Press s/s with 2 BW knees to feet jumps – raised rubber flooring block (2.5 cms)
3 x 1 Low Block Power Clean + Split Jerk s/s with 1 BW knees to feet jumps – raised 2 x rubber flooring blocks (5 cms)
